Project kickoff
After scope sign-off you receive a project brief, timeline, milestone dates, and a single point of contact. Share brand assets, content, and any third-party logins through the secure channel we provide. Discovery outputs (wireframes, technical notes, or campaign plan) typically arrive within the first week.
Handover & credentials
Build & Own clients receive admin access, hosting details, and written handover notes at launch. Build & Rent or managed hosting clients receive role-based access as defined in the agreement. DNS and domain transfers are coordinated before go-live to avoid downtime.
Websites & CMS
We document how to update pages, forms, and media in your CMS (WordPress, Shopify, or custom admin). Training walkthroughs can be recorded on request. Post-launch support covers defect fixes and minor updates within the agreed window.
CRM, ERP & HRM
Custom systems include role definitions, workflow diagrams, and user guides for sales, finance, and HR teams. Integrations (email, WhatsApp, payment gateways) are listed with endpoints and support contacts.
Marketing & SEO reporting
Retainer clients receive monthly reports covering campaigns, rankings, leads, and recommended next steps. SEO engagements include audit summaries, keyword targets, and change logs for technical fixes.
