Getting started on a new project
After you sign off on scope, our team shares a project brief, timeline, and a single point of contact. You will receive onboarding details by email, including how to share brand assets, logins we need (if any), and milestone review dates. For most engagements, the first deliverable is a discovery summary or wireframe within the first week.
How do I request a revision?
Reply to your project thread or email your account manager with clear notes on what should change. Include reference links or screenshots where helpful. Revisions within the agreed scope and revision rounds are handled at no extra cost. If a request expands scope, we will confirm effort and timeline before work begins.
How do I access hosting, domain, or admin credentials?
For Build & Own projects, credentials are handed over at launch with documentation. For Build & Rent or managed hosting, we provision access through our team and can grant you admin roles as defined in your agreement. Domain transfers and DNS updates are coordinated during pre-launch so there is no downtime. Email support@letsmanageglobal.com if you need access restored or a new team member added.
What happens after my project is delivered?
Website and app projects include a defined post-launch support window (typically one year for web builds, as stated in your proposal). During this period we fix defects, assist with minor content updates where included, and monitor stability. Marketing and design retainers continue on the cadence in your contract. When support ends, you can move to an ad-hoc or monthly care plan.
Billing, invoices, and payment queries
Invoices are issued per the payment schedule in your agreement. For invoice copies, GST details, or payment confirmation, email hello@letsmanage.co.in with your company name and project reference. International clients may use the contact details on our Contact page for USD or multi-currency arrangements where applicable.
Post-launch support and urgent issues
For production issues (site down, form failures, critical bugs), contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 85300 23111 or email support@letsmanageglobal.com. Standard response time is within one business day; urgent outages are prioritised during office hours.

Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. We serve clients globally and schedule calls across time zones by appointment.
