Response times
We aim to respond to all support requests within one business day. Production outages and launch-blocking issues are prioritised. Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.
How to open a useful support request
Include as much detail as possible so we can help on the first reply:
- Your company name and project or invoice reference
- What you expected vs what happened
- Steps to reproduce (for websites or apps: URL, browser, device)
- Screenshots or screen recordings if available
- Whether the issue is blocking launch or business operations
What we can help with

- Content or design revisions within your agreed scope
- Hosting, DNS, and handover questions for owned or managed builds
