We aim to respond to all support requests within one business day. Production outages and launch-blocking issues are prioritised. Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.

How to open a useful support request

Include as much detail as possible so we can help on the first reply:

  1. Your company name and project or invoice reference
  2. What you expected vs what happened
  3. Steps to reproduce (for websites or apps: URL, browser, device)
  4. Screenshots or screen recordings if available
  5. Whether the issue is blocking launch or business operations
